I wish I could express to everyone everything I feel when I look at this image. (Click for larger) It is for Riley, who has finally found his happiness, in a place he least expected it. I’ve been wanting to post this for a few days now (thus I’ve only managed to post my x365 yearbook series) but I realize that I can’t gather everything I feel into some magnificant rant about how everyone should be accepting, etc- because that’s not what I want this to be about.

Love. Exists.
For everyone.
Just love one another. Regardless of skin color, sex, age, country, the list goes on.
Love can be enough.

With that said, cheers to you, my Romeo.
And I leave you with this TV spot:

It says: “Doing okay in the closet?”
And then it gives the ad for a gay youth organization.

You and I used to watch Romeo and Juliet every time I slept over. It was your favorite movie. I remember when I first came over and you noticed the ring I was wearing. It was identical to the one in the movie, and I had merely found it on a sidewalk somewhere. It had no real sentimental value to me, I just thought it was pretty. I kept it and wore it often so we would have an inside joke at school. Then when you moved away I gave it to you. It fit you perfectly.
