I’m more sporadic than I’d like to be when it comes to running. I’d like it to be three times a week with no questions asked. But instead I just can’t seem to do it. I think mostly it’s because I try to get up early to do it and I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m just not an early riser. Especially to go running. I’ve done it at night but it’s so energizing. So I’ve decided that whenever I get up is fine. “Not getting up early enough” is no longer an excuse. Plus my good friend is supporting me, even though we’re both awfully lazy and it probably won’t last very long, it’s nice to know he’s attempting to get his lazy ass in shape too. =D
So I made a playlist last night on my iPod because I knew I wouldn’t want to go and I was trying to trick myself into going. We’ll be damned if I let the playlist go to waste, right? All right so I’m going now. Really.
