This entry has ridiculously cute music because it suits my mood. Big changes are underway, and I guess it’s about time that I mention some of them! First I should say that I love peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches and have ever since I was little, but have been unable to consume peanut butter for years. It’s a mental thing that developed when I was around twelve or thirteen years old (I think) and it’s just something I’ve grown to live with. I have peanut butter, I vomit. Pretty simple, right?
Well, I know it’s a mental block and it’s something I’ve never really felt like actually attempting to get over except for this year. I’ve had nutella and jelly sandwhiches and it’s just killing me to actually try the peanut butter. So what I am planning on doing is creating some peanut butter desserts for our Winternights feast. (Yes, we celebrate Winternights and Yule religiously (haha-punny))
Which brings me directly to the next thing: Nicole and her boyfriend Jarren are moving in. What?! When was this decided, you ask? Last month, actually. I didn’t want to jinx anything by posting about it, but now that it’s too days away I think it’s safe to say it’s okay.
Originally the plan was for them to move in upstairs into Tyler’s old room since right now it’s a guest room and we’d all just be a bigger happy family, but then Rue’s truck broke down pretty much beyond repair and now he’s stuck saving for a new car while borrowing his mom’s. I remember how awful it was for me to be paying rent and trying to buy a car, and since Nicole and Jarren make four tennants, for the time being he’s going to move back over to his mom’s so he doesn’t have to pay rent while saving for a new car. (I guess it was jinxed anyway?) Anyway, we’ve been walking next door to his mom’s house to watch Heroes every Monday night as she’s right next door, so he won’t be too far away. I don’t know what I would do if he moved far away like Tyler. NOT COOL.
Anyway, that’s the update for me.
Oh, I reactivated my NaNoWriMo account today. Holy shit.
And this is the coolest handkerchief ever.

i always wonder why i fail to comment on your entries, ’cause they’re beautiful (and so is that picture!).
i worked for a man who told everyone he was allergic to peanuts just so no one would attempt to eat peanut butter around him. he ate so much of it in the fifties that it made him ill to even see it. pretzels dipped in nutella qualifies as a healthy dinner in my home.
