Kat found this in a room at the hotel where she works. It’s now on our refrigerator.

It is something kinda wonderful, I think.
Also, we play this “game”. The rules are simple. If you remember you’re playing, you lose, and you have to announce it to the room so that, essentially, everyone loses. If there’s anyone in the room that doesn’t know what “The Game” is, you must explain it to them. (So I guess that means you are now playing, sorry.)
So anyway, the whole house is playing- so randomly you may find notes on the bathroom mirror, floating in the toliet, in your leftover food, etc. Well, last night Nicole and I came home to a surprise, left by Kat, in our rooms. Mine was Dean, in a trashy pink wig, cards in hand, and a happy Joker themed note, “You Lose The Game”:

I love living with cool people.
Riley, Boozy, you are both in my racing thoughts and pounding heart. Will, you would probably cry but enjoy yourself while playing this game (if you even read this?). I’m tempted to stop until you are all home from school so that we can chill on the couch in the dark and have massive heart failure together. I’ve only played for about ten minutes so far and I already have a stress headache.
For those of you that don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s a video game series called Silent Hill. Now, I get scared pretty easily, but not usually in video games. Resident Evil, Fatal Frame, and Parasite Eve were good games, and I jumped a few times, but usually I can still detach myself. But not with the Silent Hill games. I’m seriously SO into what’s happening I find myself with stress headaches. It’s not as fun to play alone though, so I’m usually huddled in the dark on the couch and freaking out with people, like I was tonight.
Anyway, thank you Tom for getting me into these.
Anna, you should give them a shot because it’s totally your cup of tea.
Diane, you and Todd must continue the tradition. Do it.
Jei, thank you for bringing it home and putting up with your whimpy, scared girlfriend.
If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, [even if we don't speak often] please post a comment with a COMPLETELY MADE-UP AND FICTIONAL memory of you and me.
It can be anything you want - good or bad - BUT IT HAS TO BE FAKE.
Many thanks to my miracle bird.

It’s comforting to hear you both laughing, shouting, and playing together while I’m drifting off to sleep on the couch. You both take such good care of me and I don’t know what I’m going to do without you. Who brought me the chocolate milk? Rue? I can’t remember. Who covered me with the blanket? Tyler? I can’t remember.
It was around six in the morning when we finally went to bed.
Today I will go and visit my mother and then visit Ash and Rob.
Today starts spring vacation for most in this town.
I can’t wait to read everyone’s entries to see the photos and excitement.
Thanks to everyone who posted a comment on the last entry! I still have to read them all, and don’t worry, I think the discussion is still going. If you haven’t posted yet, you still can!
