With your edit…These are just the general Google EULA. Copy and pasted, more or less. It doesn’t pertain to the browser, it’s just the broad scope of their open source agreement, as most all Google applications are open source. It’s just their way of covering their tracks.
So, no — Just because you post a nice pretty picture in Chrome on a blog doesn’t mean Google owns it. It’s crazy how bad news proliferates as it does. Time to allay the hounds of panic and this one.
Forgive me for cluttering the hell out of this post. I figured this might also assist in substantiating my previous post. Google figured a copy and pasted EULA wouldn’t suffice for this application. All is well again, even if there was nothing really wrong to begin with…

I love it. Tends to fuck with Shockwave applications for me — but it is only a mere annoyance. Nifty for a first release, all things considered.
I’m pretty excited, I won’t lie.
Haven’t tried Shockwave apps yet or anything, but I like what I have so far. =)
Can’t wait for a full release.
Uh…
Okay, we should be honest here. When does anything of Google’s ever get a full release out of beta? ;)
