And in other news:
Thief woos bank staff with chocolates - then steals diamonds worth £14m

In other other news:
I just realized that my images started pixelating in Firefox and IE browsers, being I use Opera, it runs fine- but it’s something in my code, I think. Does anyone have any ideas? Either way, if I can’t figure it out I may be switching my layout a week or so early. And now, I’m off for pancakes with me mum (you know the ones!) and so yum!

Other other news:
Brownyn told me to post The Kiss on Deviant Art, and I’d not really been using it as I had been using my flickr more- but I did, per her suggestion that people would really like it. Well, she was right. Her deviation with the most comments is The Kiss with 30 comments, receiving an average of 2.14 per day in the first 2 weeks, and it is also her most favourited, with 140 favourites, averaging 10 per day in the first 2 weeks. Her most viewed deviation is The Kiss with 1,831 views.
Wow. Thank you, darling! And everyone else who liked it!

What have you been feeding morn? He looks bigger than you in that picture. On the note of the pixalated images, it looks like a small rendering difference between the browsers. It stems from the images being displayed in different dimensions than the original file on the host. For example, the original file size of the second image in your previous post is 500 x 375 pixels. But it is being displayed at 362 x 271 pixels as reported by the image properties in firefox. The image in opera looks to be the same size when displayed but it reports the actual size in the properties.
example
So it looks like Opera is better at handling compressing images on the fly to fit the layout. It looks like it’s being constrained by the css giving the entry a width in the mid 400 range, which is smaller than the actual image width of 500 and it apparently resizes itself.
Sorry for repeating myself so many times :) I’m a bit tired.

Haha, Morn is so huge because of the angle of the camera- but I like to pretend he’s my guardian angel. =D (Or guardian angle, haha.)

THANK YOU INK! I will fix my CSS tomorrow, as I am exhausted as well. Goodnight. =}

Hey there.
I found you through Opera.
Really love the blog.
Yea, this whole rat poison situation is really effed up. We stopped poisoning rats/mice in our neighborhood a while back.
There’s plenty in New Orleans, so our cats stay fat, and hopefully not poisoned. Anyways, I look forward to enjoying your site. Peace.

Nice to meet you Dillon, and thank you for the compliments on the site, I’m excited to have you.

(I’m glad our cats will remain fat together.)

I’m so glad it’s been recognized! :D You have a talent that most members on that site don’t have, and it should be recognized.

About Menu Foods - I had to comment because my father is a vet and fends off these calls each day about all the panic. Menu Foods is a place that produces a LOT of pet food, apparently to the US too which I didn’t realize. I should have listened to him more carefully when he ranted just yesterday about how the media has blown the case completely out of proportion but please don’t panic. He is on Canada’s pet food committee…thing…and I truly have every ounce of faith in his opinions regarding anything pet, haha.
