Now as I grow older, I look back on my previous self, as a child with a kind of naivete, simpleness and removal from anyone that I am now. A child wonders, and is filled with awe and questions about the world. As you grow, hopefully you gain the wisdom and knowledge to answer these questions. Having simple and vibrant feelings as children, adults usually would like to experience them again, but cannot trade it for their gathered wisdom, no matter what they do. I believe this is what part of death is. Your mind and spirit have a chance to grow beyond the confines of your body and experienced existence. Sure you will look back and yearn to feel such simpleness, but you cant trade it for anything. Thats my current view at least, we will see how it changes in the years to come!”

Thank you for sharing that theory with me, it makes the whole “process” of growing older a little less frightening. I do hope that what you have shared with me is the truth- because it is very frightening to think I will just wither away after all this love, hate, learning, and just- disappear.

I love the layout! I haven’t seen it until now! O.O You have some talent when it comes to web design to say the least.

And you totally had me fooled. But before I knew it was a wig I thought it was really cute! Like a pixie. ^^

And about the dying part, I just see it as looking ahead. Being realistic, because at some point we actually will be effected by that. Though I agree, you should be focusing on the here and now and not worrying about something so far off. Besides, when you get to that stage and perhaps end up in a wheelchair, who says you cant have fun with that? Wheelchair races all that way!
