Haha, Jen darling- it’s only novelty. I didn’t actually go and pierce my lip. But thanks for the support (that’s not sarcasm). I can’t wait to fool my mom. It shall be lots of fun.
I completely agree! I actually dress for how I want to feel, lol. For example, a meeting with the head of biology required nice jeans, a shirt, and a blazer with my hair pulled back. Clean cut look and I felt more confident walking into his office. A calm evening will bring out my knee-length skirt which is rather “flowy” and is wrinkled on purpose so it’s relaxed. I sometimes feel like a little wood sprite in it. ;)
So yes, I completely agree that the outside can help the inside.
